You make
the skin by lathing a Bezier line that hugs the contour of the veins. Open Earthworm02.max. Draw a profile of the skin around the inner anatomy of the worm. Where the line bends sharply, use Bezier corners:
Lathe the line in the X direction and set Segments to 12. Move the Lathe axis in Y to give it width as you did with the guts.
Appy a MeshSmooth modifier. Name the skin Epidermis.
To make the worm's food, create a small Capsule and name it Worm's Food. Position it in front of the worm's head.
Add a Noise modifier to the capsule. Using scale of 5, and Strength settings of X, Y and Z = 5, make the surface bumpy:
